UNIV - Part-Time Research Program Coordinator II - Department of Emergency Medicine

Job Summary Part‑time project lead coordinator to work at MUSC Health in South Carolina. The role serves as lead coordinator on our EM department's FOCUS project, providing administrative support to site/project directors at multiple MUSC ED locations. Travel to MUSC sites (Columbia, Lancaster, Chester, Orangeburg) may be required. Job Responsibilities Downloads reports from Epic EMR and uses database software including Excel (30%). Provides project lead assistance to the team, including site director and project director (30%). Manages a portfolio of programs and projects, serves as primary point of contact on program and project status, key performance metrics, strategic and near‑term plans, and resource management. Connects, coordinates and collaborates among various stakeholders to ensure success. Continuously communicates with project team to keep screening reports updated. Synchronizes with the team information on patient contact status and follow‑up appointments (25%). Coordinates, maintains and tracks the project request process; provides regular updates to leadership on program and project status, including identification of risks, challenges and opportunities (10%). Performs other duties as assigned (5%). Minimum Training and Experience Bachelor's degree. At least two years of relevant program experience. Physical Requirements This position requires ability to perform job functions in upright, seated, walking/mobile, indoor, and sometimes outdoor settings; maintain tactile sensory functions; lift and carry up to 15lbs. Unassisted, perform repetitive motions, use both hands, and maintain vision and hearing acuity within specified limits.
