Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards. - Proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience - Maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar - Assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work - Contribute creative ideas for new menu items, drink art, unique beverage presentations, and seasonal specialty offerings - Participate in local product sourcing and collaborate with the team to enhance our coffee bars offerings - Always adhere to proper safety guidelines - On occasion work overtime for special events - Assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed - Show CARE by participating in the venues sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling - Assist with Back of House Zero Waste initiatives as outlined by the Venue Sustainability Manager.
