Location: Role requires willingness to work at two locations as scheduled: 10550 Montgomery Rd. and 3715 Montgomery Rd. Schedule: 36‑Hour workweek, considered FULL‑TIME regarding benefits access and pricing. Day shift, NO Weekends, No Holidays, No On‑Call commitments. Benefits: Optional positions are not eligible for TriHealth benefits. This role includes a sign‑on bonus up to $2,000. Job Overview This position assists the physician in examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of the physician. The position also interviews patients, measures vital signs, records information on patients' charts, and prepares treatment rooms. The position will be cross‑trained to perform duties to enhance efficiency and continuity of patient care, working cooperatively within the team concept and demonstrating flexibility, motivation, and commitment to quality patient care. Minimum Job Requirements Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT, NCCT, or NHA; or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by AAMA Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) current and active LPN licensure also acceptable Proficiency in EKG, injections, venipuncture, and performance of common lab tests according to established CLIA guidelines and TriHealth policy Up to 1 year experience in a medical/physician office setting Job Responsibilities Exhibits professional image and behavior toward patients, visitors, physicians, and employees, creating a positive impression consistent with professional etiquette. Assists with medical procedures on adults and children with proficiency. Maintains the safety and cleanliness of the treatment area. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of clean and sterile procedures in the use of medical equipment.
