Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all bookkeeping and accounting-related matters.
• Oversee the accuracy and quality of bookkeeping work delivered by the team.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries, gather necessary financial data, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate quarterly/monthly BAS submissions and handle other ad-hoc accounting-related duties.
• Collaborate with the bookkeeping team responsible for reconciliation tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management for SMEs in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance , including BAS and GST reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience working with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
