Engineering test Technician

Engineering Test Technician will be responsible for supporting all aspects of assembly, validation, and qualification testing of both hydraulic and electromechanical actuation products. Job Responsibilities Fabrication, assembly, and use of test fixtures and test rigs Assemble and test hydraulic actuators and electro‑mechanical actuators Acceptance testing of hydraulic and/or electromechanical products Ensure calibration and certification of all instrumentation utilized for test Coordinate maintenance activities related to the test area Support external testing activities at labs when necessary Perform basic machining operations using drill press, Bridgeport mill, manual deburr, and polishing Education/Experience Associate degree preferred in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent job experience High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or bronze level WorkKeys certification required Proficiency in drawings, specifications, basic math, computer, technical, and mechanical skills Qualifications Familiarity with AS9100 Quality System Blueprint reading and understanding of GD&T Ability to use precision measuring devices such as micrometers, dial indicators, oscilloscopes, and power supplies Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Minimum 1 year experience in assembly, test, and troubleshooting of electromechanical and hydraulic actuation products or related mechanical experience General hydraulic theory and knowledge preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
