Project Engineer 5The Project Engineer 5 is responsible for the successful execution of Power Generation Projects from initiation through startup and commissioning. Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders, this role requires strong soft leadership skills, the ability to manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts, and experience coordinating projects within municipalities, healthcare facilities, and government organizations. This person is responsible for developing and executing project milestones, managing budgets, and providing technical support to all PSD customers. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; collaborate with key internal/external resources; participate in ongoing self-development.
