The role requires regular regional travel to local sites and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Spread asphalt materials evenly using manual rakes
• Level and smooth asphalt surfaces to specified grades
• Coordinate with crew members to maintain efficient workflow
• Prepare work sites and assist with equipment setup as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or roadwork

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Hour certification
• Strong physical stamina and endurance
• High safety awareness and adherence to protocols
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail in surface finishing
