Assistant ManagerThis position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location.· Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers· Must be willing to work in the kitchen· Food safety· Must be willing to work in the kitchen· Ordering, inventory control· P&Ls· Cleaning and stockingRequirements:· Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns· Enjoy a fast paced work environment· Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly· Desire to help and mentor others· Maintain a clean and inviting store· Prior management / leadership experienceSchedule:Our Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.Kwik Trip has been rated as a Top Workplace 10 years running, both nationally and in the states that we operate.
