**Required Experience and Leadership Experience:** - Experienced CVICU nurses **Clinical Experience:** - Care for cardiac patients both pre and post op - Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate surgical cases - Available for 36 hours a week, every other weekend, holidays, and willingness to be on call - Subject to float to PICU, Peds, and NICU **Certifications, Degrees, Licensure, Skills, and Qualifications:** - License: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification - Credentials: License verification required for submission - Checklist/Testing: Various tests and exams required for onboarding (e.g., Ascension Pharmacology Exam, Ascension EKG Exam, and more) - Personal Health History: Various health-related submissions required for onboarding (e.g., MMR, Hepatitis B, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, etc.) - Professional: Various professional documents and verifications required for onboarding (e.g., Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation, Ascension Badge Photo, Driver's License/State ID, etc.) - Professional references: Ascension 2 Professional References required for submission
