Office Manager – State Farm Agency Ballantyne | Charlotte, NC

We are a high-producing, fast-paced State Farm Agency located in the heart of Ballantyne looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is highly positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and a true go-getter . This is not a position for someone who simply waits for tasks to be assigned. We want someone who looks for ways to add value, solve problems, help customers, and make the entire office better every day.

State Farm Agency experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Aggressively help manage phones so customers receive quick, friendly service
• Assist customers with policy questions, service needs, billing, and general requests
• Complete service and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
• Support the Agent and team with a broad range of office and administrative responsibilities
• Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and customer requests
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and add value to the agency
• Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to the office every day
