What You’ll Do:

• Support the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the Resident Services Director
• Observe resident conditions and take appropriate action when health changes or urgent situations arise
• Administer medications and provide hands-on clinical assistance as needed
• Maintain thorough, accurate records while following all regulatory and compliance standards
• Promote a supportive, collaborative, and resident-focused care team culture

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Active Florida LPN License
• CPR Certification 
• 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
