Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans in a busy emergency department and main hospital setting. The technologist will assist with various procedures, including chest x-rays in the intensive care unit, utilizing GE scanners, Sectra PACS, and EPIC charting system.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ARRT (Registered Technologist in Radiography) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum of 2 years of experience on GE scanners, South Dakota licensure to submit, and must badge in and out at the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE scanners and cross-departmental floating
• Additional Information: Training will be 1-2 weeks. The volume in CT is high, operating 24/7. The department has three GE scanners. Full PPE (gray scrubs) is required.
• Other Notes: Must have prior experience in CT, with at least 2 years, and meet licensure and certification requirements. No trauma level specified. The facility is a 500-bed hospital. The position involves working with a skilled team of technologists.
