Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Spanish Fluent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is fluent in Spanish to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Palm Bay. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or physician

• Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility to maintain safety and independence

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Document patient care and progress in accordance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
