What You’ll Do As an RN at HealthPoint, you’ll be a key member of our team providing patient-centered care across various settings, whether in the clinic, via telehealth, or out in the community. Your responsibilities are: Partner with providers to deliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care Educate patients on a wide range of health topics Collaborate with our integrated health team partners in social work, care coordination, mental health, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, etc. to provide holistic support Support OB/GYN services, phone triage, and follow-ups Coordinate patient care with clinic teams, effective communication Delegation of tasks to appropriate team members Use EPIC EHR, follow protocols and guidelines, accurate chart documentation Provide care to patients of all ages and backgrounds Participate in community outreach efforts Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and cultural humility in every interaction Critical thinking, problem solving, time management, organization and teamwork Attend and participate in team meetings What We’re Looking For RN level I, II, or III DOE – Compensation is dependent on skills and experience Current RN license in Washington (in good standing) Associate degree in Nursing (BSN is a plus) BLS certification A strong sense of curiosity, compassion, and commitment to teamwork Up-to-date immunizations (or willingness to update — we’ll help) Why You’ll Love Working Here Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision — for you and your family Generous time off: PTO, paid holidays, floating holidays, and "Compassion Time" Opportunity Time Off: Up to 8 weeks of additional paid time off after 3 years of services 401(k) with employer match Growth opportunities: Ongoing professional development and support What Makes HealthPoint Special A diverse and inclusive culture where your voice is valued A mission-driven environment focused on community impact A team that truly supports one another — and the people we serve Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 is required, prior to start. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required. Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immune titer results prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment. Where to gather your records: If you are providing immunizations from an electronic health record, please ensure that you obtain a copy of your full records rather than a screenshot. Each page of your records should include your first and last name, date of birth, and the name of the health system from which the records are pulled. If records do not show any data, please seek guidance from your provider for further assistance. If you are unable to provide proof as noted above, you can choose to have a lab titer drawn to check immunity or to be re-vaccinated. If you receive vaccination(s) or lab titers, you may obtain them through HealthPoint at no cost to you.
