Revenue Operations Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning the accuracy and integrity of the sales compensation program, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will manage commission calculations, support the deal desk, and drive analytics and process improvements in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Administer monthly and quarterly commission calculations for various customer-facing teams, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts Provide backup support to the deal desk, including quote creation and review, while structuring non-standard deals Identify opportunities to automate manual compensation and quoting workflows, building dashboards for sales leaders Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, Finance, or a related analytical role (B2B SaaS preferred) Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables, and multi-step modeling Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with high-stakes accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex calculations to non-technical stakeholders
