Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Unloader.


Unloader Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate : $16/hr
Location : Hebron, KY
Unloader Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• Experience with warehouse operations preferred
  
• Must be comfortable unloading, sorting, and moving freight
  
• Ability to use handheld scanners or basic inventory systems
  
• Must complete WurKnow requirements
  
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
  
• Background check must be completed and approved before tour
  
• No charges within the past 3 years
  
• Any theft or violence charges must be older than 7 years
  
• Any other charges older than 3 years will be reviewed case-by-case
  
• No rideshare or couples
  

• Unloading trucks and trailers by removing boxes, pallets, and merchandise from incoming shipments
  
• Sorting and staging items by category, destination, or department
  
• Scanning and tracking inventory using handheld scanners or basic inventory systems
  
• Inspecting shipments for damage, missing items, or incorrect quantities
  
• Moving freight using pallet jacks or forklifts if trained and certified
  
• Organizing inventory and maintaining accurate product locations
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  
• Following all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
  
• Supporting daily warehouse receiving and material handling operations
