Job Description We are seeking a Travel Expert with deep global destination knowledge and hands-on experience designing travel itineraries. The ideal candidate will understand what makes a hotel high-quality, how to structure sightseeing effectively, and how to plan travel around constraints such as budget, time, weather, and accessibility. This role involves evaluating travel experiences, recommending destinations, and providing expert guidance to enhance customer journeys. Candidates with experience as travel agents, tour planners, or destination specialists are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide expert recommendations on destinations, hotels, sightseeing routes, and local experiences. Review and evaluate hotels based on amenities, service quality, location, pricing, and guest experience. Develop well-structured itineraries optimized for time, convenience, and traveller interest areas. Suggest activities and sightseeing options suitable for families, solo travelers, couples, business trips, etc. Consider constraints such as travel time, seasonality, holiday events, safety, and cost. Provide location-specific insights on transportation, cultural expectations, and travel logistics. Collaborate with teams to ensure travel content accuracy and relevance. Required Skills & Qualifications Professional experience as a travel agent, tour consultant, or destination expert. Strong understanding of global geographies, travel trends, and popular routes. Ability to analyze and evaluate hotels using industry standards and customer-experience criteria. Proficiency in designing balanced, practical, and enjoyable itineraries. Strong awareness of travel planning constraints such as budget limits, peak seasons, visa needs, and local conditions. Excellent communication, customer guidance, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with travel platforms, booking systems, or itinerary-building tools. Firsthand experience traveling across multiple regions.
