Job Location: 1123 Rock Hill — Rock Hill, SC 29732 Busser Job Summary As a Busser at Another Broken Egg Cafe, you play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive excellent service through clean and proper table setup and beverage setup. You will work with servers and host/hostesses to create a welcoming and organized dining experience, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting guests with clearing dishes and glassware. Responsibilities Participate in the setup of dining tables and beverage stations to create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including floors, tables, and glassware. Restock supplies and promote efficient workflow. Assist guests in clearing dishes and glassware. Collaborate closely with servers and host/hostesses. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Able to lift and carry cases and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift. Work indoors 98%; outdoors 2%. Walk or stand for most of a 6‑8 hour shift. Must be able to read menu items and speak English. Able to reach, bend, stoop, and perform cleaning duties. Must clearly communicate guests' needs to other employees (servers, hostess, manager). Professional phone skills, able to hear well in loud background noise, and respond to guest requests. Required to carry trays and supplies; assist in restocking and detailed cleaning of all aspects of the restaurant. Benefits No night shifts ever. Flexible scheduling.
