Adapt Chiropractic in Papillion, NE is seeking a highly skilled full-time Patient Coordinator Chiropractic Assistant to join our front desk team. This is not your typical front desk job. Your day as a Patient Coordinator Chiropractic Assistant

You will begin your day by leading the daily team huddle, setting a professional tone for the office. Throughout your shift, you will:

• Welcome patients and manage check-ins with a high level of organization
• Maintain patient schedules and track compliance
• Conduct financial conversations, process payments, and handle billing support with accuracy
• Verify insurance and perform high-volume data entry
• Support patients with handouts and appointment confirmations
• Monitor weekly statistics and maintain organized documentation
• Represent Adapt Chiropractic at community events
• Uphold a consistently upbeat and professional office environment

Patient Coordinator Chiropractic Assistant Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 6:40 AM 11:15 AM or 12:15 PM (based on doctor's schedule), then 2:00 PM 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM after a mid-day break
• Tuesday: 11:45 AM 6:30 PM
• Friday Sunday: Off, except for two required 4-hour community event shifts per month

Patient Coordinator Chiropractic Assistant Requirements

This is not an entry-level position! You'll need:

• 3+ years' experience in administrative, billing, account-based, or financial roles
• Medical or chiropractic office experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong professionalism and communication skills
