Job Title: TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT L2 City: Cleveland State/Province: Ohio Posting Start Date: 2/16/26 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Friedman Frontier ERP Onsite Support Consultant to provide reliable, high‑quality application support for our manufacturing and supply‑chain operations. The role will serve as a key onsite point of contact, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, rapid issue resolution, and strong collaboration with both business users and global IT teams. Experience & Functional Expertise S trong specialization in ERP systems Proven hands‑on experience with the Friedman Frontier ERP platform Solid understanding of manufacturing (MFG), supply chain, and order management processes Experience supporting ERP applications on IBM i / AS400 environments Key Responsibilities Act as the primary onsite support contact for Friedman ERP‑related issues Provide timely resolution for incidents, service requests, and production issues, minimizing business impact Partner closely with business users to understand operational needs and deliver effective solutions Coordinate with offshore and global support teams to ensure seamless 24x7 support coverage Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and service quality expectations Professional & Communication Skills Strong customer‑facing communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, especially in high‑priority or time‑sensitive situations Ability to work independently in an onsite role while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams Highly organized, with effective time‑management and prioritization skills Competencies Client Centricity Passion for Results Execution Excellence Collaborative Working Learning Agility Problem Solving & Decision Making Effective communication Being Respectful Demonstrating Stewardship Always Communicating Being Responsive #J-18808-Ljbffr Wipro Technologies
