Guest Service Representative (Full-Time)

Position Summary

You will provide exceptional front desk and guest support throughout each guest's stay. From check-in to check-out, you'll create a smooth, friendly experience by answering questions, resolving concerns with care, and coordinating with the team to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help
• Handle check-in, check-out, and reservation-related questions accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone and guest inquiries, providing clear information and thoughtful support
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly, escalating when needed
• Ensure guest documentation and payment processes are completed correctly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support a great guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
