Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. Approximately 15 or more years of progressive engineering experience. Extensive experience leading engineering projects involving stream restoration, wetland restoration, stormwater management, or water resources. Strong understanding of engineering design principles, hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental regulations. Demonstrated experience reviewing technical documents and performing quality assurance/quality control. Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and mentoring technical staff. Strong communication and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience within an environmental consulting firm. Experience supporting transportation, utility, municipal, or infrastructure projects. Existing relationships with regulatory agencies and public-sector clients within Virginia or neighboring states. Experience contributing to business development, proposal preparation, and project pursuits. Familiarity with restoration construction methods and field implementation. Interested in hearing more?
