Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience supporting or leading MES or manufacturing systems in a regulated (GxP) environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning and operating mission-critical platforms in a 24x7 environment.
• Proven people management experience leading technical teams.
• Strong working knowledge of PAS-X MES platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing DevOps or product-centric operating models in regulated manufacturing.
• Direct accountability for audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions related to MES.
• Experience managing both run and change budgets for large enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP–MES integration, ISA-95 / S88, and OT/automation interfaces.
• Certification in PAS-X MES systems.
• Experience with leveraging AI/ML.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location: La Verne, CA

The salary range for this position is: $153,935.00 - $199,210.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
