Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Part-time | Outpatient | 104 N. Sanders Ave. Chilhowie, VA 24319 H2 Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team in Chilhowie, Virginia. You'll collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to help patients maximize independence and function.
