Howard Brown Health is seeking a dynamic physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, inclusive healthcare. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and multidisciplinary team in a vibrant and progressive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including LGBTQ+ individuals. Develop and implement individualized care plans, emphasizing preventive care and patient education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address the physical, mental, and social health needs of patients. Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to clinical research initiatives. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois. Demonstrated commitment to serving LGBTQ+ communities and marginalized populations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
