Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: BHF 0029 - Seffner, FL 33584 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Job Category: Retail A General Manager In Training is promoted or brought into the organization with the intent of being trained and prepared for a future management role within the company. This role differs from the MIT role as this individual is expected to obtain the proficiency to run a store location within 120-180 days. Qualifications Useful Skills for a GMIT Effective organizational skills Good communication skills Ability to multi-task Desire and passion for learning Competitive Spirit Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict Ability to plan, organize, delegate, coordinate and follow up various tasks Ability to recognize and solve problems Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED #J-18808-Ljbffr
