Additional Information

CDL A TWIC And Hazmat Driver - $28 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in North Charleston, SC.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday and every other Saturday, 5:30am Start time

Pay: $28 Per hour, Straight time only

Route Type: Local shuttle runs in and out of the port of Charleston
Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A

Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

Endorsements: TWIC, Hazmat Required, Tanker preferred

Equipment Experience: 1+ year of Container experience

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes

Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
