Assume responsibility and accountability for patient care and clinical outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Qualifications 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care. Current active PT license in the state of Washington and process of obtaining licensure if not yet licensed. Valid travel PT license or current process to obtain one.
