SAP HCM Time & Payroll Consultant

Salary: $114,400 - 124,800 per year Requirements:

• We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• We require 14+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll.
• We need deep expertise in SAP Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas.
• We expect experience creating Functional Design Documents and guiding UAT cycles.
• We prefer functional knowledge of SAP Mexico Payroll localizations.
• We prefer an active SAP HR or Payroll certification.
• We value strong communication skills and the ability to manage client stakeholders effectively.

• We configure and support SAP HCM on-premises Payroll and Time Management, including Positive and Negative Time.
• We create Functional Design Documents and design tailored Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas.
• We lead test planning and execution during User Acceptance Testing and resolve functional defects.
• We work closely with ABAP developers and integration teams to deliver custom functional enhancements.

We are seeking a senior SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant to provide functional support, system configuration, and enhancements for our clients SAP HCM on-premises environment. We partner with business and technical teams to design solutions, support complex payroll and time processes, and help ensure smooth operations. This is a telecommute contract role with standard daytime hours.
