Quality Assurance Advisor

Overview K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. Responsibilities Perform quality standard inspections and reviews. Analyze field safety and water intrusion practices. Make field visits and ensure homes are built in accordance with specifications and details, or that variances have been reviewed and approved. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop cost‑efficient and value‑oriented construction methods. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of ten years of related experience. Knowledge of construction materials. Basic math and cost accounting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand, follow, and train others in established safety procedures. Ability to understand and follow construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and warranty standards. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license. Benefits Hourly rate between $48.08 and $52.89. Eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits.
