Who you are:

• A compassionate and community-focused professional with experience in client support, outreach, case management, or community engagement
• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with community members, staff, volunteers, and partners
• Skilled at assisting individuals seeking resources, guidance, and support services with empathy and professionalism
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using databases, case management systems, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools
• Bilingual in English/Spanish

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in South Los Angeles.
