We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to support customer requests, service arrangements, and day-to-day coordination activities. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys managing details, researching information, keeping processes organized, and helping ensure customers receive accurate and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests and service details throughout the coordination process
• Communicate with customers to gather necessary information, preferences, and service requirements
• Research available services and options based on individual customer needs
• Assist with coordinating reservations, services, and related arrangements
• Review reservation and service information for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with service providers to confirm details, availability, and requested arrangements
• Maintain organized records of customer information, requests, reservations, and updates
• Provide customers with confirmations, updates, and important service information
• Track outstanding requests, changes, and follow-up needs
• Assist with modifications, special requests, and routine service issues
• Identify missing information or potential concerns and take appropriate follow-up action
• Help resolve routine issues by researching available options and solutions
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and service providers
• Support a smooth and organized customer experience from initial request through completion
