Senior Strategic Finance Manager

Partnering closely with various functions, the full-time Senior Strategic Finance Manager will drive capital allocation decisions, manage financial planning and budgeting processes, and leverage AI tools to enhance insights and efficiency in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as an embedded finance business partner, translating business plans into financial plans and vice versa Build and pressure-test business cases for investments, tracking outcomes and unit economics Run the financial planning and monthly forecasting process, managing the operating budget and conducting variance analysis Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital combined with a Strategic Finance role in a tech company Proven track record of influencing business decisions through financial analysis Ability to define scope and structure in ambiguous situations, driving clarity across cross-functional teams Strong communication skills to convey complex insights tailored to different audiences Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance financial analysis and decision-making processes
