Who We’re Looking For Easyship is a shipping technology platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to couriers. Beyond that, we also build and execute customized end-to-end shipping solutions for clients worldwide. These logistics solutions can combine a number of partners and services, from global freight forwarding services to last-mile delivery. We’re looking for an experienced Product manager with good knowledge of ecommerce shipping, warehousing & fulfillment to oversee the delivery of these projects for our clients. Own part of the Easyship product by defining solutions in line with the product vision and strategy, coordinating with the design and engineering teams, in order to constantly create value for our users. What would be you be responsible for Owning the activation, retention, and monetization for Easyship’s SMB merchant base Supporting roadmaps that maximize business opportunities and align with Easyship's strategic goals. Leveraging ROI assessment methodologies to prioritize your roadmap Managing delivery of features from idea to release, and measuring their success You Might Be a Good Fit If… You are obsessed with users but grounded in business and data You have 6+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years focused on growth or PLG initiatives. You're hands‑on, hungry, and thrive in fast‑paced environments You have a strong command over product analytics and experimentation frameworks You’re structured in thinking, biased for action, and love taking ownership end‑to‑end You have deep understanding of consumer psychology, user experience principles, and how to create intuitive, engaging product experiences You are data‑native, prioritizing cohorts, funnels, and experimentation over static documentation.
