Production Supervisor

Job Description LHH is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive workplace. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong manufacturing experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. The anticipated salary for this role is between $78,000 and $85,000 a year. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations across multiple manufacturing and production lines. Lead, coach, and support production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. Monitor workflow and production schedules to ensure on-time completion of customer orders. Assist with production inspections and verify compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate equipment maintenance as needed. Perform or support routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while enforcing company safety policies. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment. At least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in one or more of the following manufacturing processes is highly preferred: Steel punching Roll forming Welding Dip or powder coating/paint lines Automated or manual packaging operations Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while managing multiple priorities.
