2nd Shift Packer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Packer to join their dedicated team. As a 2nd Shift Packer, you will be an essential part of the packaging department supporting efficient and accurate product handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Packer

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30pm-12am plus OT as needed)

What's the Job?

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to verify packing specifications are satisfied.

• Record product, packaging, and order information accurately on designated forms and records.

• Seal containers or materials using stretch wrap, tape, and other packaging supplies to ensure secure transportation.

• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools, maintaining efficiency and safety.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
