• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Left/Right heart Cath, Pacemaker/ICD Implantation, Loop recorder implants, Peripheral vascular interventions, STEMI interventions; Average 5 cases, 2 rooms 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ACLS required 4. License: IL License required (can be pending) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required 12 days/month with 30 minute response time; Weekend coverage typically 1 weekend per month 8. RTO: 1 RTO request per contract 9. Returning Staff: Cannot work past 1 year as traveler; 6 month break required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 70-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
