CTS Provides: Full-Time, Perm Position $20-$23/hr based on exp + Commission 401k Paid Time Off Positive Atmosphere & Support! Responsibilities of HR Generalist/Recruitment: Review and track nurse timecards and visit documentation Prepare and submit client invoices (varied formats and preferences) Communicate with clients and nurses to gather details, solve issues, and keep things moving Comfortable on the phone, and assisting in recruiting new talent Assist with scheduling and coordination of in-home trial visits Help maintain and organize records and track assigned equipment Support recruitment efforts for new clinical research nurse roles over timeChecking timesheets for accuracy Aiding with employee onboarding Entering data into databases and spreadsheets Monitors credentials and follows-up as needed. Maintains knowledge of current contractual and agency requirements for timekeeping. Sets up and maintains provider information in online credentialing databases and system. Work as a team player within the office to effectively place candidates. Cultivate and maintain relationships with employees and candidates. Skills & Qualifications of the HR Generalist: Minimum of an associate’s degree, or four years work experience. MUST have a high level of organization and have meticulous attention to detail. Willingness to learn, adapt and take on new tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to organize work and complete task within a timely manner.
