Customer Service Rep (On-site) - Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus!

We're growing! New Jersey’s premier HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position reports to our Customer Service Manager and is a fully on-site role, working 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Peak seasons will require additional hours worked - up to 10 hours per week. Our customers are at the center of everything we do at Air Group, LLC and you will be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers. Key Functions Communicate professionally with customers through various channels, such a phone, email, chat and social media. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about our products and services, using the right methods and tools. Identify and assess customers' needs and expectations and provide solutions that exceed them. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, by being empathetic, honest, responsive, and professional. Generate sales leads by discovering customers' interests and preferences. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate resolutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure a high-quality customer service process. Our Successful Candidate Will Have Customer Service experience (2+ years preferred in HVAC, construction, or technical setting) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), bi-lingual Spanish a plus!
