What You Can Expect

As a Sales Representative in the field of sports medicine at Zimmer Biomet, you will shape medical progress.

You will take responsibility for trust and growth in your region in Eastern Germany (Magdeburg, Jena, Chemnitz, Cottbus), represent our company at the highest professional level and build sustainable relationships with medical professionals. While acting in accordance with our company policies. Through your expertise, you will directly contribute to the improvement of patient care and therapy outcomes in an exciting, dynamic environment.

How You'll Create Impact

• Competent consulting of doctors and hospital administrations on our complete innovative sports medicine solutions including equipment, capital equipment and disposables and accompanying them on the way to optimal therapy decisions.
• Responsibility for the sustainable growth in your sales area, through active identification, acquisition and long-term care of new and existing customers.
• Strategic market analysis and targeted implementation of the given marketing and sales strategies in the market.
• Leading confident sales and price negotiations with doctors and representatives of hospital administrations.
• Organization and conduct of product trainings, workshops and inhouse-trainings for medical professionals.
• In the operating room, you will be ready as a technical contact person, support intra-operatively and ensure that each product is optimally used.
• Technical support of customers and troubleshooting also belong to your tasks.
• You design information and further education events to share knowledge and strengthen networks.
• Internal contact person for product-specific questions in the sales team.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Completed commercial or medical-technical training, alternatively a university degree (e.g. in business administration, health management or a comparable field).
• Experience in the sales of medical technology products, preferably in the surgical area as well as knowledge from the clinical environment desirable.
• Strong customer and result orientation as well as negotiation skills.
• Medical technical language and anatomical basic knowledge desirable.
• You bring technical connections to the point and convince with excellent German and solid English skills.
• With a high degree of customer orientation and strategic sales understanding, you act in a targeted and committed manner.
• You convince your contacts with a confident appearance and positive charisma. Your high initiative, friendliness and perseverance distinguish you in particular.

Travel Expectations

• Responsibility for your sales region East (Magdeburg, Jena, Chemnitz, Cottbus)
• Travel readiness within the assigned sales region up to 90% (mostly by car).
• Participation in regional and nationwide sales meetings, congresses and internal trainings.
