UI/UX Product Designer

As a UI/UX Product Designer , you'll help elevate the user experience and interface design of technology products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product owners, developers, analysts, QA testers, and stakeholders-to create intuitive, visually compelling designs that align with user needs, business goals, and internal design standards. If you're a creative, user-focused problem solver who thrives in an agile environment, this role is built for you.

Required Skills:

• 3-5+ years
  of experience in UI/UX design , preferably within a technology product environment
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  and best practices
• Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools , such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  
• Strong visual design skills
  with a keen eye for detail
• Strong problem-solving
  and critical thinking
  abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication
  for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively in an agile technology team
  and take ownership
  of design tasks
• Experience conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  is a plus (not required-see Nice to Have)
• Experience designing user interfaces that are visually consistent, intuitive, responsive, and accessible
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems , style guides , and UI pattern libraries
  
• Familiarity with advanced usability improvement through analyzing usability test results
  and iterating quickly

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
  in computer science or related field
  and 4 years
  of related professional experience
• Associate degree
  and 6 years
  of related professional experience
• High school diploma/GED
  and 8 years
  of related professional experience
