Apply Online: Hourly Pay: $20 - $21 We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in quality workmanship. What You'll Do
- Assemble products according to quality and production standards
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent heavy lifting
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Learn and perform multiple manufacturing functions as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and quality guidelines
- Support additional production duties as assigned
- Strong attendance and punctuality (attendance is critical for success)
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in a high-speed production setting
- Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple roles
- Experience using tools and production equipment is a plus
- Positive attitude with a desire for long-term career growth
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
