Company Description Little Group Management Co., LLC (LGMC) is a North Texas based management entity for the L5 family of construction companies — L5 Excavation LLC, L5 Excavation & Construction LLC, L5 Concrete LLC, and L5 Ranch & Cattle Co. LLC. LGMC provides centralized legal, human resources, insurance, and risk management functions across the L5 entity stack, allowing each operating company to focus on field and construction operations while sharing consistent policies, compliance infrastructure, and administrative support. The company is based in the Springtown/Fort Worth, Texas area. Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Springtown, TX, reporting to the Chief Legal & Human Resources Officer. This position owns the full employee lifecycle for the L5 family of construction companies — from recruiting and candidate screening through onboarding, performance tracking, and offboarding. The role manages full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and preparing and extending offer letters. It coordinates pre-employment background checks and drug screenings, and leads new-hire onboarding — including I-9/E-Verify completion, benefits enrollment, and policy acknowledgments — as well as offboarding for voluntary and involuntary separations. The Human Resources Coordinator maintains accurate, audit-ready employee records; administers the performance review process by tracking review timelines and supporting supervisors in documenting performance issues; and coordinates required compliance and skills training. The role also serves as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, assists in documenting employee relations matters, and helps ensure consistent application of HR policy across a distributed field workforce. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Human Resources and HR management for supporting daily operations and the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting through offboarding. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, candidate screening, and offer letter preparation for both exempt and non-exempt positions. Familiarity with pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screening coordination, and I-9/E-Verify compliance. Knowledge of employee relations practices to help address routine concerns and support a positive, professional work environment. Ability to interpret and apply HR policies while maintaining compliance with company standards and relevant employment laws, including FCRA adverse action procedures. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, supervisors, and external partners; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Proficiency with basic office software and HR-related systems or databases (HRIS/applicant tracking systems). High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 1–3+ years of experience in an HR coordinator or generalist role is beneficial, especially in construction, field services, or similar field-based environments.
