Immigration Paralegal

Overview Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Immigration Paralegal III to join our team. Responsibilities The Immigration Paralegal III provides quality and specialized document preparation and has extensive client contact. This role works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented Immigration Department. This is a cohesive team which is well-managed and well-organized with secretarial and clerical support. Provide quality and specialized document preparation for immigration matters Maintain extensive client contact and coordinate with attorneys and staff Collaborate within a team-oriented Immigration Department to ensure efficient operations Requirements Must have 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment. Extensive proficiency and strong knowledge in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications, and a variety of complex immigration processes. Strong experience in preparing RFE responses and PERM audit responses. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system. Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary. Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.
