Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a 13-week travel contract in the Parker, CO area, with every-other-weekend requirements and regional float expectations.

Details

• Emergency Department (ER) setting within a hospital environment
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to other regional campuses may be required as needed based on census (Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter locations)
• When floating outside of the primary site, advance notice will be given at least 2 hours prior to the shift
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active CO RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Emergency department nursing experience required
• A copy of COVID-19 vaccination card is required for consideration (two doses required or an approved declination)

Additional Information

• If a call-off occurs on a weekend or holiday, the manager may schedule the nurse on another weekend or holiday in accordance with facility policy
• Former permanent employees must have been separated from the facility for at least 90 days before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the same rate as traveling candidates — no radius rule applies
