In this role, you will engage with guests, ensuring they feel welcome and providing personalized experiences, including demonstrations of vehicles. You're expected to help customers through their Tesla journey, showcasing the innovation of our products and promoting our mission to accelerate sustainable energy. The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for the EV industry.
