Tow Truck Operator – Commission-Based (27%)

We're looking for a dependable, motivated Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team. This is a commission-based position that pays 27% commission on all completed service calls , plus monthly company-wide bonuses based on positive customer surveys.

We're currently looking for someone to work the night shift these are 5, 12 hour shifts. If you're willing to work hard, stay productive, and provide outstanding customer service, your earning potential is unlimited.

Services You'll Perform

• Vehicle towing
• Vehicle unlocks (lockouts)
• Fuel delivery
• Tire changes
• Jump starts
• Other roadside assistance services as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tow truck and other company equipment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to dispatch calls.
• Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform roadside assistance services, including lockouts, fuel delivery, tire changes, and jump starts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test .
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check . Applicants should have a satisfactory criminal history appropriate for working with customers, handling vehicles, and representing the company professionally.
• Ability to work night shift , including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
