Coordinate Holistic Care: Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines, seamlessly integrating team efforts to provide truly well-coordinated and continuous patient care. Clinical Communication: Monitor, accurately record, and communicate changes in patient condition as appropriate to ensure timely and effective clinical decisions. Execute Direct Orders: Accurately and promptly note and carry out physician and nursing orders, upholding the highest standards of safety and protocol. Ensure Seamless Transitions: Proactively assess patient discharge planning needs and partner with the healthcare team to coordinate smooth, safe, and effective transitions of care. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
