Job Summary Amazon’s Transportation Operations team seeks highly skilled and motivated Logistics Specialists to support daily freight movements into and out of North American fulfillment centers and the associated network. Candidates should have a background in transportation, strong customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate between multiple parties to ensure high levels of service in a high‑pressure environment. Responsibilities Support freight operations to ensure smooth shipments. Analyze data to improve efficiency and eliminate defects. Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Execute processes to meet standard work expectations. Develop performance metrics to drive business results. Qualifications Experience in logistics, operations, customer service, freight, transportation, supply chain, or dispatch. Operational mindset with problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle complex, evolving situations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Entry‑level experience acceptable.
