This position primarily focuses on Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud modules. This person will attend scrum ceremonies and develop technical solutions. They will participate in the implementation phases as well as the maintenance and development phases as our Salesforce strategy evolves.COMPENSATION: $90,000 - $110,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus planRESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure scope and requirements are properly definedDevelop solutions that meet the scope and requirements while focusing on scalability and maintainabilityCollaborate with QA, product owners, and designersCreate reports, dashboards, and custom report typesManage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and permission set groupsCreate complex flows utilizing loops, email alerts, and custom actionsReadily share knowledge across the teamChampion best practices, coding standards, and documentationParticipate and engage in all Scrum Ceremonies and regular code reviewsInterface with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in production and sandbox environmentsEvolve individual Salesforce certifications and credentialsSKILLS & EXPERIENCECertified Salesforce Administrator preferred, but not required3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce PlatformExperience working in an Agile environment following SDLCExperience in a Healthcare setting preferredExperience using GitHub as a version control systemExperience with Copado is preferredMust comply with HIPAA rules and regulationsAbility to collaborate on projects across stacks and blended teamsMust be data driven, objective, and goal orientedEffectively communicate and understand project requirementsStrong sense of ownership and ability to work cross functionallySelf-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervisionQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United StatesDemonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culturePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
